i have some what built a qg18de turbo. so far i have it running at 4 pounds of boost cause my fuel manegment and fuel pressure regulator have not come in the mail yet. and last weekend i went to the races and i beat every car i raced except a spec v and a 300 whp civic. i didn't just race slow cars. i beat a v8 mustange and a supercharged cobalt and several other cars. at first everyone thought i was joking when i pulled up but now everyone wants to be my friend. i thought it was funny cause everyone that i talked to told me that they have never evan heard of the qg18de getting turboed and i spanked most of them non tuned and only on 4 pounds. i plan on getting tuned in a couple weeks and running 7 pounds.

r33 rb26dett swap , tomei 600cc injectors, nismo fpr, apexi power fc d-jetro (map converted), gizmo two step, aem boost controler, big fmic, tial 50mm bov, apexi gt spec test pipe back exhaust 3.75", etc. etc. puts down 449rwhp @15psi and runs 12.43 et @ 112mph w/ 1.86 60ft, this is with stock turbos soon upgrading to hks gt2840 twin turbos and methnol injection, and electric cutout and hoping to put down 570rwhp and hoping to get to the mid 11's in the quarter.

Hey bro, I have a few questions for you.  What turbo are you using, because 4 lbs is not really that much.  Seeing as you said you havent gotten you fuel system in the mail I am going to assume that you are still running the stock fuel injectors.  Do you even have a wideband because I can almost garuntee you are running extremely lean which is bad when you are turbo.  Since you mentioned a fuel pressure regulator I can only assume you have a series 1 qg (2000 - early 2003), if not good luck installing the regulator seeing as you dont have a return fuel line.  Are you running blow through or draw through MAF, I hope you are running blow through because draw through is the suck.  Alos how can you beat v8 mustangs and the like but not be able to beat a spec-v...come on now, you cant expect me to believe you actually beat mustangs when you are untuned, running stock injectors and 4 lbs.  From the information you have given here I can tell you that you have around 150-175 hp right now, if that much.  If you want to get some good info and get pointed in the right dirrection please register at qg18de.net
