i just bought a 2005 spec-v... i want to make it breath better... i know cai, headers, and exhaust.... anything else? also what are good brands? i found a nismo cai for 240... and for the exhaust i only want it to be slightly louder to avoid that obnoxious loud buzz from coffee can exhausts... no offense to those who like that... any advice???

Greddy SP2 exhaust, AEM/Nismo CAI (Id go with AEM) and probably DC Sport headers would be your best bets. probably be good to get Greddys new V-manage to control your CVTC as well

HAHA I dont want to make my car throw up now... ive thought about the turbo already but I definately dont have a lot of money and its my everyday car ... the first thing im gunning for is the cai and later down the road im lookin into the exhaust and headers... now is there a huge difference between AEM and Nismo... cuz i found a nizmo cai for 240 shipped with a bypass valve... the AEMs ive seen havnt had the bypass.

AEM has the bypass, they were the first ones to come out with it. if im not mistaken i think its like $10 extra for it though, something like that

can order them direct from AEM though youll probably have to pay more. any auto parts store near you should b able to get them in cheaper too, most deal with AEM. i think stillen has AEM stuff for sale as well
