Addmittedly I don't know much about Nissans. I know I'd take a old bluebird and thats about it. I'm a dyed in the wool VW fan, however I still appricate all things automotive...except ricers.

I have a room mate who, for lack of better terms, is 'un-informed.'

He's a Skyline fan, because it's obvious that in every video game and rice movie the skyline is 'mad tyte y0.'

We got into a debate today about the "new" or "current" skyline. I've shown him pictures, comparing the cars, most notibly the side marker on the front bumper, but his response...

"All cars have those!"

Apparently Nissan makes the sidemarkers/turnsignal lenses for ALL cars.

So, this is a Nissan forum, you guys would know.

So, is the new skyline not the same (maybe with the exception of wheels, wings, and engines choices due to the fact that we dont get the skyline and some of their engines may not pass emissons) as the Infinty G35. We're talking coupe to coupe. INFINTITY TO NISSAN.

He just proved me wrong, because the new skyline isn't out...and the GTR R35 (the one with all the glass around the A-pillars.) isn't a concept...it's out.

I've proved him wrong on the fact that a GST is NOT wider than an RS (eclipse.) He was SURE the GST was atleast 2" wider (as in the front bumper, hood, roof, hatch and rear bumper....)

Thanks in advance...

I was confuse same with Nein 'til my bro installed an infiniti cold air intake, I just thought that the CAI  he purchased won't never fit with his V35. He told me that  USDM Infiniti G35 is the same as a JDM Nissan V35 Skyline.
