hi patrik and thank you for replying; he just called me up and said that he thinks it is a sensor problem with the keys and the car; and that is why the car does what it does;
he also added that the sensors has to be replaced; which is what he is going to do on monday after contacting the nissan dealers to get the sensors; i just hope it is not big money that we are talking about.

hi there, my car is fixed now; the mechanic said it was due to the sensors as i mentioned above; so just wanted to let you know that this fixed my problem; and for the person who started this topic; tell the mechanic to check the sensors.
