any ideas on where to get it done, or how much it could cost?

A place by where I live did that r34 swap into an s14.......

the RB26dett swap will require an rb25 tranny, so it could get costly.

The engine alone will run you at least $3,000 (less if you're lucky). The tranny I used for mine only cost about $700, but it was through a wholesaler, so don't expect to find one that cheap. I had the bellhousing redrilled, and the stock S14 driveline worked fine, since the tranny sits the same as an SR tranny. A 240's engine bay is smaller than an S14's though (by a little) so you may have a radiator clearance problem, but nothing serious.

Hi boys!!! By de swaping de engine-skyline into S14 do u have to change de engine mounts,or dey are da same???

I am doing a rb25 into a 89 240 and I went to top hat performance they offer packages that make the swap simple.

try top hat performance that seems to be the only place that I have found good prices and I know other people who have bought the mounts and like them alot I am waiting to recieve mine but when I do I will post to tell you how they are.
