Just bought my first Nissan. Altima 2005. Like it so far but it has a problem I need advise on. Please Help

The outside window molding, black molding that goes around outside the window, along the side and around top. One side of mine seems to be missing. The passanger side from front door around top and to the back door. The clear shinny smooth part seems to be missing and is faded and little rough.

Does anyone know is this a plastic cover piece that goes on or a tape, etc.? The car is awsome and I love it but this is a major eye sore to me and if it is something that can be fixed by me, it would save alot of money i don't have right now.

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!!  I can send pictures or post them if you know anything about body work or cars in general, if it will help.

Best bet is bring the car up to your nearest dealer and have the parts guy look at the car and tell you exactly what you need.
