component subwoofer and amp for 02 xterra X

I'd like to install a enclosed component subwoofer and an amp in my 07 Xterra.  Does anyone have any suggestion to where I can mount them?  And how to keep the sub from sliding in the trunk when turning or going over obstacles on the road?
