When it gets very cold, my break pedal doesn't seem to react to normal pressure and really takes a good effort for me to step on the brake. When the car warms up, it's good to go. The other problem is when I drive at night, every so often I will lose all of my dashboard lights, and if I turn the knob to turn my headlights on and off, my headlights stay on. Then, after a little bit, everything is normal. Any ideas?
